How we run a two-week brand sprint

Day by day, here’s how a founder goes from a name on a napkin to a working identity in ten working days.

Not every company needs a ten-week identity project. Early-stage founders often need something strong enough to launch with, quickly, and room to grow later. That’s why we built the Brand Sprint.

Week one: decide

  • Day 1: a three-hour workshop with the founders
  • Day 2: competitor and audience review
  • Day 3: one-page positioning, agreed together
  • Days 4–5: three creative routes, presented live

Week two: build

  • Days 6–8: we develop the chosen route on real things
  • Day 9: starter guidelines and templates
  • Day 10: handover call and file delivery

Speed works because the decisions are made in the room, not over email.

The secret isn’t working faster. It’s making decisions together, out loud, and not reopening them a week later.
